999 Service

MedRoc plays a vital role in supporting the emergency services, responding to thousands of incidents throughout the year.

We provide a professional frontline 999 emergency medical service to the NHS Emergency Ambulance Service, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. MedRoc is currently contracted to South Central Ambulance Service to provide frontline 999 cover 7 days a week. MedRoc has also assisted West Midlands Ambulance Service with a similar provision.

This service is operated and controlled from various ambulance stations throughout the UK. The service is managed and supervised by a 24 hour management team which is locally based on some of our bigger contracts.
